sponsorship & funding.

The C-FAR Project is funded by Concordia University’s Faculty of Arts and Science, we would like to acknowledge and thank everyone at the Office of the Dean for their ongoing enthusiasm and support.

And it would not have been possible to take on this year’s many initiatives without the sponsorship and collaborative work of the following groups whose support has been crucial to our project. We would like to thank the Committee for Equity and Visibility in the Academy (CEVA), the Concordia Student Union (CSU), the Sustainability Action Fund (SAF), the Geography, Planning and Environment Graduate Students Association (GEOGRADS), the McGill Black Students’ Network, and Concordia University’s Simone de Beauvoir InstituteFaculty of Fine Arts, and Office of the Provost & VP Academic Affairs.

And finally we would like to acknowledge and thank Dr. Rosemary Collard for supporting the project in its earliest stages by providing us with start-up research funding and invaluable guidance.

You can check out our year one post for more information about our funding, how we used it and a detailed breakdown of our 2016-2017 budget.
